The ART procedures do not guarantee 100% pregnancy because there are numerous factors influencing the final result, and the percentage is individual for every patient. But what we can guarantee is a 100% quality of service under the Ukrainian and world standards. The proof to that is the ISO 9000 quality management system certificate. .
Under the international practice in order to prove its constant service quality, Medical Center Intersono was the first clinic in Western Ukraine in 2004 to have devised, implemented and certified its quality management system conforming with the ISO 9000 international standard. .
At the beginning of 2010 the conformity of ISO 9001:2008 quality management system was confirmed in the international agency DQS (No.474949 QM08 dated 11.02.2010), a member of the International Certification Network IQNet, the DQS certificate is accepted around the world. In order to improve the efficiency of the clinical and management processes the company has developed a policy and goals in quality which are revised annually. The goals are in the form of measurable indices for all key processes. The goals are regularly analyzed, corrected and improved. .
